As the Executive Director of Business Transformation at Ingram Micro, I have over 15 years of experience in leading global business process and business transformation across various lines of business, including Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R). My mission is to deliver strategic business initiatives and process improvements that enhance customer experience and profitability, utilizing lean and agile methodologies and best practices. I am skilled at building effective global project plans, managing multiple initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams. I have successfully implemented SAP ECC and SAP BRIM across all business functions including OTC, P2P, R2R and SCE, including other financial systems to support company needs around financial reporting, consolidation, forecasting, planning, profitability analysis, and travel and expense management. I am passionate about annual recurring revenue (ARR) and have successfully deployed these types of models and processes as well. I am well-versed in change management and have executed change plans across many projects in my portfolio. I have knowledge about creating and coordinating enterprise-level reporting processes using KPIs and well-defined metrics to generate meaningful insights and to drive business performance. I am also an accomplished guitarist and songwriter that has played with a variety of top bands and artists in OC over the past 25 years.
