About Todd Alexander

A graduate of The Columbus Academy and The Ohio State University. Currently President of Ragtime Band Development Company and Developer/Founder at Newark Station. Newark Station is the redevelopment of over sq ft of former industrial space located at 325 W Main Street in Newark, Ohio. Learn more about the project at Was with Continental Building Company since 1985 starting as an assistant superintendent and has served in virtually every position while working his way up through senior management. Served as President for 24 years. Todd was responsible for coordinating the growth of Continental Building Company into one of the top construction companies not only in Central Ohio but also in the state and across the country. With an office in Pittsburgh since 1998, and with an annual volume of over $200 million Continental Building Systems has been included for numerous years in the Engineering News Record Annual list of The Top 400 Contractors in the country. Todd has also overseen the creation and continued development of The Continental Building Company Charities Fund since it’s inception in 2001. To date this fund has awarded over $1.2 million to a variety of causes all of which align with the funds driving purpose: “To provide for the care and education of our youth”.
