ABOUT TODD A. WARSHAW

As a Partner and shareholder of Bell Oaks Executive Search, Todd Warshaw has a proven track record of building professional teams in a broad spectrum of industries. His particular expertise is in searches for C-Level leadership, Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers, and specialized individual contributors across most business functions. Internally, he plays a significant role in shaping Bell Oaks’ vision and strategy for providing superior consulting services to its clients and candidates.Todd joined Bell Oaks in 1998 as an Executive Search Consultant, and he became a Partner and member of the executive leadership team in 2002. Todd’s clients range in size from entrepreneurial companies to public corporations in a range of industries including manufacturing, consumer products, real estate, retail, and technology. He has established partnerships with his clients and assisted them in filling critical needs in numerous departments and at the senior level throughout their organizations.Todd is a frequent speaker with companies and educational institutions such as Georgia Tech and Emory’s Goizueta Business School. He speaks on a range of topics including choosing the right career for your talents and making strategic career decisions; interviewing basics for the interviewer (overcoming generational divides) and interviewee (ways to stand out from the crowd); capitalizing on today’s job market realities; organizing and managing a job search at all career levels (entry-level, MBA, seasoned industry veteran); and helping professionals stand out in new roles. Todd has a degree in Finance, with a minor in Real Estate from the University of Georgia Terry College Of Business. Todd resides in the Atlanta suburb of Buckhead.
