As the National Practice Leader for Aetna Supplemental Health, I lead a team of experienced industry experts to identify, vet & integrate with the nations largest Benefits Administration, SaaS, HCM/HRIS & enrollment only technology organizations. I also spearhead our strategy with communication & enrollment firms and AI driven engagement & decision support organizations. Additionally, I\'m the leadership liazon for multiple national brokers & the largest employee benefits consulting firms in the US. Internally, my division supports the sales, operations, service, underwriting, RFP unit, & our legal dept as we collaborate to ensure we\'re delivering a best in class comprehensive solution. Our efforts drive operational efficiencies, revenue growth, client retention & superior customer service. Improving overall satisfaction for all stakeholders, capturing responsible profitable growth & long term customer persistency is the byproduct of those efforts.
