Managing Principal, 2017-Present; Principal, 20••••17As Managing Principal I oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and lead the firm by putting the power of UrbanWorks’ design process to work for the success of its clients. I have managed many of the firm’s most challenging projects including the Longfellow Station, a mixed-use project with 180 units and the COR which combines 200 apartments with retail and a separate parking garage. Along with my firm leadership and project work I play a key role in the firm’s business development efforts, developing relationships and strong networks with our clients and partners. The main goal is to facilitate and maintain positive relationships, allowing the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor, connector, and resource – laying the groundwork for mutual success.
