And in situations where his teams can gain important insight about how to improve, grow, and add value, Tod finds the focus required to disrupt markets and positively change the trajectory of each business.As the President & CEO of Blue Rhino, Tod led a 600-employee organization with 13 production plants and 3 core brands. He joined Blue Rhino in 2004 as the Vice President of Sales and in 2006 was promoted into the leadership position.Prior to joining Blue Rhino, Tod served as the Director of Retail Category Sales for The Shell Oil Company. Promoted by Shell in 2002 as a member of the team leading the integration of the Pennzoil-Quaker State product offering into Shell portfolio, Tod created a sales team to enhance the results of the retail sales organization through category stewardship. The trajectory of Tod’s career began with sales and market development positions for PepsiCo and The Coca-Cola Company. He was a member of the leadership team that drove Coca-Cola’s development and launch of the first single-serve concept within the alternative beverage market. This concept was quickly adopted by top competitors and now represents $BB in annual industry sales globally.
