The Human Resources Manager is a critical member of the regional operations leadership team, responsible for providing strategic human resource support to market leaders. This position will advise City Markets on business strategy, creating and shaping culture as well as drive processes with centralized Human Resources departments. Additionally, the Manager will provide guidance, coaching and consultation on employee relations and matters involving investigations. Facilitate solutions to employee concerns. • Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including, but not limited to, culture, compensation, employee engagement, change management and talent development. Build and maintain strategic partnerships with market leaders.• Lead and leverage HR processes where necessary across the region.• Develop and ensure execution of positive employee relations plans at branch sites.• An active member of regional leadership team(s) and collaborate with the team to ensure HR solutions meet the needs of the business and its employees.• Ensure compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance• Manage and resolve employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Presents findings and investigation closure to Human Resources regional leader.• Conduct and develop training for market leaders
