My role at Ashtons is to organise all their conferences, seminars and events. These conferences and events help to promote our Partners in the local business communities and help to bring in new clients and fees.Amongst the many events and seminars I organise are quarterly HR seminars in Norwich, Ipswich and Cambridge and regular networking events. I also organise larger annual events such as an Employment Law conference for Colleges and Schools and gala business dinners. I have also launched Ashtons\' Charity Golf day.I have responsibility for the events from start to finish including sourcing speakers and venues, creating copy and designs for the marketing materials to promote the events. I assemble guest lists, co-ordinate invites and replies and produce handbooks and support materials. I also handle the customer service and technical issues on the day including registering guests and being the ‘friendly face’ of Ashtons.
