ABOUT TOBY STOLEE
Toby is a highly experienced construction and development executive, currently serving as COO at South Winds Development, a residential land developer in the London region. He previously held the role of VP of Construction for a major London builder/developer, where he oversaw residential, commercial, and capital construction projects, and contributed to strategic growth as part of the Executive Leadership Team. A strong advocate for sustainable building, he introduced the first LEED production homes to the London market and helped develop West 5, the city’s first Net Zero community.Toby sits on Tarion’s Board of Directors. He joined in March 2020, and he currently serves as Chair of the Governance, Regulatory Affairs & Nominations Committee and is a member of the Stakeholder Committee.He has held leadership roles in industry associations, including 20 years on the London Home Builders’ Association board—serving three terms as President—and has served on both provincial and national boards. He is also deeply involved in community service, notably as National President and Board Chair of Kids Kicking Cancer Canada since 2013, supporting children through martial arts-based therapy.Toby holds the ICD.D designation and completed the Directors Education Program at the Rotman School of Management.
