ABOUT TOBY RHODES

Toby is an innovator & entrepreneur, business change specialist, talented facilitator, change and organisational development consultant, trainer, instructional designer and creative designer of experiential learning programmes. He is also a business analyst, data analyst, survey designer, report writer and occasional visiting lecturer at Sheffield Business School. He has a masters degree (with distinction) in Education, Training and Development, which led to research into Transfer of Learning – his particular area of interest and expertise.
