ABOUT TOBY BUTTERFIELD

Experienced litigator and counselor on intellectual property and other commercial disputes. I have litigated in courts all over the USA, and arbitrated and handled matters involving disputes in Europe, Australia and virtually all major jurisdictions. I am an Adjunct Professor at Columbia Law School where I teach a seminar on Social Media and the Law. I regularly write and lecture on copyright, trademark, technology, social media, defamation, rights of publicity and privacy and related subjects. When I\'m not litigating, counseling clients or teaching, I love to talk, ski and play rugby.
