Software Developer with experience throughout a variety of sectors and businesses. Currently working as a Software Developer at Insight Investment on core data systems, working on both backend.net core projects & frontend react projects.I have extensive experience in RESTful web APIs and web development in the.net core eco system along with frontend development and Identity management with OAuth and OIDC. I also have experience working with NodeJs & Express to create RESTful web APIs. Known as a determined and hard working individual who has a great desire to learn and advance my skills. I am easy to approach, sociable and have a good understanding of business practices making working with clients and users easier. I have the ability to work well alone but prefer to work in a team and collaborate. I am a first class graduate in Computer Studies from Liverpool John Moores University and am currently teaching myself several new up and coming technologies including Golang and Kotlin. I am also activley improving my frontend development skills with React and Typescript. I am happy in my current role and not currently looking to move, but am happy to connect.
