Accountable for Red Bee Media’s Broadcast IT compute, network and storage infrastructure and the resources required to plan for, develop, and deliver platforms, covering both in-house, cloud and 3PP services.Role has overall responsibility for developing (and maintaining) a service catalogue including pricing and a clear Infrastructure Roadmap that drives fully automated & secure deployments.Role has responsibility for developing and maintaining continual improvement plansRole has responsibility for managing the planning, specification, design, implementation, configuration, provisioning and ongoing lifecycle management of all infrastructure components including the de-commissioning of legacy equipment and servicesRole has responsibility for planning, controlling and managing all the facilities, which collectively, make up the IT estate. This involves the provision and management of the physical environment (including space and power allocation, environmental monitoring and physical access control), and ensuring adherence to all mandatory policies and regulations concerning health and safety at work. Additionally, it includes the provision and maintenance of industry leading security perimeter in conjunction with the RBM security team.
