This role is pivotal in harnessing data to drive innovation and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:• Define and refine use cases by establishing clear objectives, desired outcomes, and success metrics for each stage of data product deployment, including PoC, Pilot, and Production phases.• Conduct comprehensive data inventory and mapping, cataloging data assets such as domains, sources of record, and ownership while identifying gaps; engage domain experts to provide insights and validate data strategies.• Ensure adherence to data governance frameworks, including quality standards, data cataloging best practices, legal compliance, privacy requirements, and data anonymization protocols.• Partner with business units and technical teams to develop and implement detailed roadmaps for data product delivery, addressing infrastructure, provisioning, and capability needs.• Support successful PoC implementations through cross-functional collaboration, facilitating smooth deployment of data-driven products.• Evaluate PoC outcomes against predefined criteria to determine viability and scalability of use cases.• Lead Go/No-go decision processes to advance projects from PoC through Pilot to full Production, aligning AI initiatives with strategic business objectives.This role is central to embedding AI solutions into PwC’s operations, ensuring maximum impact and value realization across the organization.
