I am a senior product leader with a strong foundation in engineering and agile product development, and over a decade of experience shaping high-quality digital products and platforms.For the past several years, I have been part of Adobe’s Lightroom organization, where I worked at the intersection of product, engineering, and agile delivery. In my role as Senior Engineering Manager, I significantly influenced how teams build software—strengthening collaboration between Product, Design, and Engineering, improving decision-making, and fostering a culture focused on quality, sustainability, and customer impact.What defines my approach to product leadership is the combination of- deep respect for craftsmanship and product quality- a strong understanding of technology as an enabler, not a goal- and a belief that great products emerge from empowered, well-aligned teamsI am particularly passionate about creative tools and workflows. Products like Lightroom—and the ecosystems around them—require balancing performance, usability, scalability, and long-term vision. My background allows me to bridge strategic product thinking with the realities of delivery, helping organizations build products that professionals trust and love over many years.I thrive in environments where quality matters, where product decisions are made with care, and where software is seen as a craft as much as a business.
