My objective here at SRO is to help clients and internal recruitment teams improve their direct hiring capability: Our main goals are to help them reduce costs, take time out of the process and improve applicant quality.My role as a consultant is to establish which areas we can be of greatest assistance, so that we can more effectively communicate how we are best equipped to help in these areas.It\'s really rewarding to see how delighted an organisation is once we\'ve brought them on board and once they see what we can do for them; especially if I\'ve been involved.Recruitment can be very challenging, but we are certainly making people’s lives a lot easier.
