ABOUT TOBY HARRIS
The enterprise technology market is going through its most significant shift in a generation. AI agents aren\'t just automating tasks; they\'re fundamentally changing how businesses run. I\'ve spent the last decade at the intersection of that transformation, and the last 3 years proving what\'s possible at scale. At Salesforce, I lead strategic accounts in the BPO and Professional Services segment. In FY25, I hit 216% of quota. In FY26, 511% focusing on creating new GTM and commercial models to become the proof point for what AI-native enterprise transformation looks like in practice. Before Salesforce, I spent nearly three years at Microsoft leading Business Applications sales across strategic accounts, and before that at Workday as a Solution Consultant working across EMEA. That technical foundation, knowing the product deeply before selling it, shapes how I engage with customers. I build with them, not at them. Outside of the day job, I support the Neurodiversity ERG at Salesforce and am a finalist at the 2026 Neurodiversity in Business Awards. As someone who is dyslexic, I think differently, and I\'ve come to see that as one of my sharpest commercial assets.
