ABOUT TOBY NIELD

Having worked in the Manchester office market for nearly 10 years I have specialized in leasing and occupier rep. In 2017 I took the opportunity to join Cushman & Wakefield in their Manchester office lease and occupier rep team. During my time at Cushman & Wakefield I am advising on some of Manchester\'s most exciting developments and well know buildings including; New Bailey (Muse & Salford Council) Embankment (Ask & Salford Council), 11 Portland Street (Aviva Investors), City Tower (Schroders), 10 Chapel Walks (Artmax), Fairbairn Building & Bounds Buildings (St Brides), Corner block (APAM) and some of Manchesters most high profile landlords such as Bruntwood (Bloc, Neo, and 5 New York Street) and Orbit Development (55 KIng Street, Cobden House, Parkway, Park Square, 1 St Peters Square). During this time I have also advised a number of global, national and local occupiers including; HPE, Lonza, FDG Group. Chep, Coop Bank. Pearson, Vodaphone, Under Armour, Royal Mail and Department of Work & Pensions. Prior to that I graduated from Northumbria University in the middle of the last recession, worked hard to find a job where I became a graduate surveyor at P3 Property Consultants and completed my APC. Shortly thereafter I joined Edwards & Co, one of Manchester\'s leading niche office agency practices. It was at Edwards & Co I gain valuable experience in doing deals. Whilst at Edwards & Co the team undertook over 100 City Centre transactions in a single year and won the prestigious Insider Office agency of the year award. Outside work life is spent outdoors - Hiking (longer the better), cycling, running, Rugby (watching not playing these days) I am also the proud owner of a Ford Freda campervan which takes us to all corner of the UK although can mostly be found in the Yorkshire Dales and Lake District.
