Partnering with Tesco\'s Technology directors and senior management to market map, identify and hire talent across Information Security, who are ultimately the eyes and ears of the organisation and responsible for increasing visibility and protection of systems, services and data. Duties include- Full ownership of end to end hiring from sourcing candidates to contract generation and on-boarding- On a day-to-day basis I build strong relationships with key stakeholders whilst liaising with hiring managers across the business to understand recruitment needs- Attend leadership meetings to provide recruitment updates to the business highlighting funnels of data on hiring, interviews and CVs submitted- Heavily involved in key recruitment strategy project work.
