Key Responsibilities: Recruiting and managing a team of two SEO content writers - directing and offering guidance as they strategically optimise the site according to on-page SEO best practices. Planning and leading the SEO strategy - including the development of a new content hub, a new and more efficient process for PDP, PLP and CLP analysis and optimisation, and the creation of essential tech SEO requirements related to index bloat, crawl inefficiencies, JS rendering issues, Core Web Vitals performance, and Schema Markup implementation. Working closely with Toolstation\'s IT team to ensure a safe transition to a new website framework and merchandising platform - identifying critical tech SEO issues, and subsequently working alongside developers to find solutions for them. Supporting the scoping and implementation of new CMS and Merchandising platforms - ensuring on-page and technical SEO requirements are considered and implemented throughout the rollout. Working alongside an external agency to plan and execute Toolstation\'s Digital PR / outreach strategy.
