I am a Partner in the Debt Finance practice of DAC Beachcroft, based in the firm’s Bristol office. My practice covers primarily general corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, receivables and asset backed finance and restructuring/insolvency. I have significant origination, syndication and restructuring experience acting for both lenders and borrowers. In particular, I have acted on a wide range of finance products, including senior/mezz facilities, unitranche facilities, share and asset acquisitions (including non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions), refinancings and development financings.
