   Responsible for the management of Booz Allen’s GWAC Business Office, a team managing the firm’s GWACS, GSA Schedules, and other agency MAC’s generating ~$1.5B for the firm annuallyProvide strategic guidance on GWAC Business Office contract portfolio across the firm’s accounts and geographies, proactively positioning the firm through analysis of changing policy and trendsWorked with a cross market team to modernize out dated service offerings on the firm’s IT and MOBIS contracts. The revised labor categories and qualifications were developed to broadly encompass emerging market capabilities (ie Health IT). The well-organized service matrix included a rate card without price gaps and was quickly adopted across the firms markets based on bid / execution labor category utilization metrics. Within two years of being added to the contract the new labor categories accounted for ~75% of T&M hours executed on active orders.Led an effort to completely overhaul the firms Schedule sales tracking and reporting process. The new process reflects an in-depth understanding of the firms accounting system and practices that simplify reviews conducted by internal and external auditors. This was accomplished by changing the basis for reporting from cash to accrual and utilizing the firms cost classification procedures to segregate and identify reportable sales. These changes are consistent with the firms accounting practices and have proven to be scalable and easily adaptable to account for broader reporting requirements associated with Alliant, OASIS, CIOSP3, and most recently Transactional Data Reporting. The revised process has demonstrated its efficacy via three pre-award IG audits without generating negative findings.
