The Lyme Regis Development Trust is a community-based charity working collaboratively with other local organisations to improve the economic, social, environmental and personal well-being for all in Lyme Regis and its surrounding area. As a Director of Property Management I have responsibility and oversight of the team’s business operations, including;• Regular upkeep and maintenance of the Trust\'s property portfolio. • Management of the rental estate from which the Trust derives the majority of its income.• Expansion strategy to develop the estate in line with the Trust’s core values and function.• Sign-off of ongoing financial spending on projects alongside bi-monthly account review.
