ABOUT TOBY FRENCH

Currently a retail graduate, I became enthusiastic about retail whilst working in fast food, connecting trends and being present in the customer journey. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with the public, in fast paced contact centre and retail environments. Post university, I ended up becoming fascinated even more with retail as a head hunter in healthcare. Despite specialising in privatised social care and SEN,(something I really liked- it was more than just the “me”, it was genuine care- the “we”). I also spoke to many, many retail leaders. For me, talking to retail leaders was a 2 way conversation of equality- I was pitching an opportunity as they were pitching their role. I was really privileged to learn more, and it helped inspire me to take this step away from recruitment. I’m very thankful for everything that was said, and as always, confidentially is paramount post recruitment.
