   Communication of intended work plans directly relating to the CVOW project - Performing regular interface meetings with relevant project team members, contractors and 3rd party vendors- Review, establish and define roles and responsibilities with project teams for SIMOPS / PTW / LOTO support- Onsite support for Management from all parties (Project, Package, Commissioning and Construction)- Review and ensure consistency and compliance across work packages / contracts for all work on platform- Plan, facilitate and lead SIMOPS meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders of the project as required- Establish and document framework for effective communication and transfer of information in relation to project SIMOPS issues- Communication and coaching of appointed Contractor PTW / LOTO personnel to ensure alignment with Dominion project expectations- Review and identify document requirements from other contractors and notify required personnel of any delays that arise from missing or improper documentation- Ensure all work activities comply with owner standards and expectations, while conducting regular audits and supporting inspections- Training project personnel in the proper PTW procedures and expectations while providing guidance on all permitting requirements- Establishing sufficient documentation and registers for tracking PTW / LOTO / Training and ensure they are utilized accordingly- Contributing to the identification and assessment of risk associated with work activities and the implementation of proper safety methods- Participate in the development, review and implementation of PTW / LOTO related software, policies and procedures.
