Responsible for maintenance activities on the frame side of the Final Assembly Area within the Ford Kentucky Truck Assembly Plant.* Completed 4D’s for any breakdowns that were over 5 minutes in duration.* Answered calls and dispatched skilled trades. i.e. electricians, millwrights, pipe fitters, tool makers* Present at calls and lead breakdowns, report status to Team Manager and other Department Managers* Assigned break, lunch and end of shift repairs.* Assign, track and ensure completion of Pm’s of all frequencies (daily, weekly, monthly, etc)* Set up, verify and close DROTs daily.
