As Director of Professional Services at Ark Workplace Risk, I lead a team of specialist consultants delivering high-quality fire, health & safety, and building safety services across diverse sectors. My focus is on driving excellence in service delivery, developing talent, and achieving strong commercial outcomes that support Ark’s growth and reputation.I am responsible for setting strategic direction across consultancy functions, ensuring that our services consistently meet the highest technical and compliance standards. I work closely with department heads and team leaders to drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, supporting consultants to thrive and deliver work that makes a real difference for clients.A key part of my role involves monitoring performance against key financial and service KPIs, ensuring we remain commercially robust while delivering best-in-class outcomes. I also champion the adoption of digital tools and process enhancements, such as the rollout and development of our Ark Connect propriety software system, to drive operational efficiency and elevate our service model.From consultant onboarding and capability building to quality assurance and regulatory alignment, I am passionate about shaping a resilient, expert-led professional services function that supports both our people and our purpose.
