ABOUT TOBY AYRES
From a very young age I have been obsessed with aircraft and how they take flight. Living in Windsor, so close to Heathrow and other airfields, I am able to view commercial planes and other aircraft passing overhead each day- which drives my aspiration to become a pilot even more. I am currently working as a Dispatcher, at Heathrow, for Swissport. This role allows me to develop skills based around the pilot competencies and be exposed to a variety of different time critical and high pressure situations. I am continuing to look for any work experience or other opportunities in aviation to further ignite my passion and help me to take the next step in reaching my goal.
