This includes a yearly gap assessment of systems, tools, documented guidance, and accountability measures- Business partner to Internal Audit, Quality, Corporate Compliance, and Legal aligning on identified risks and application of best practices globally- Leading a team responsible for the review and update of Worldwide Medical’s Written Standards and Knowledge Management programs, including the development and rollout of role-based training plans- Leading a team responsible for the Medical end-to-end external stakeholder engagement support, governance, and proactive risk identification and management- Responsible for the strategy and design of a global dashboard utilizing audit results, compliance review results, first-line monitoring data, and industry standards to inform on ongoing risks, and to track progress against business improvement KPIs- Support Worldwide Medical teams during all Internal Audit and Quality Audits, including preparation work, during audit on-site reviews, and post-audit remediation work.
