I am a zealous, results-focused Engineering & Supply Chain Management professional with over 15 years of diverse project and engineering management experience within complex industries, possessing strong technical and problem-solving skills, sharp business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. In my current role at Worley, I am working with the SCM team for North American clients focusing on sustainability and process optimization projects. I am handling the procurement and contracts worth over $100 million-plus till date which includes critical project deliverables.I had worked on a cross-functional team, managing multiple projects at various locations. My variegated work experience had fostered my ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, to embrace new challenges, and to assimilate quickly and flexibly different cultural and business contexts. A resourceful engineering savvy professional with a comprehensive understanding of the skills needed to manage projects, prepare and execute effective plans, elaborate business strategies, and improve business operations in order to increase performance, productivity and reduce expenses without compromising quality. My international background and cross-cultural awareness have helped me work well with people at all levels of the organization to deliver results, both locally and across the globe.
