ABOUT TOBIAS BROCKMANN
I am one of the five Co-Founders as well as Managing Director at Forever Day One. I started my journey with the belief that the way we learn and the way we work need substantial restructuring. I see the solution in a system which enforces constant learning opportunities and enables individuals to reinvent themselves all the time. What fascinates me is the challenge of building high-performing teams and empowering people to grow into self-directed human beings. Currently Forever Day One tackles that challenge from an educational angle. We focus on creating transformational learning experiences which enable anyone to acquire the creative skills that will be needed in the close future. I feel successful when individuals and people in teams or organizations perceive the world as something changeable and embrace the responsibility to actively create something completely new on their own.
