ABOUT TOBIAS LOEFFLER

With 10+ years of professional IT experience, Tobias gained both technical expertise with consulting clients, as well as orchestrating system integrators as an In-house IT coordinator. Additionally, Tobias also has a wide array of experience consulting with other external parties with a proven track record of aligning strategy with results. Having represented both positions at the negotiating table, he is able to successfully support the transformation processes of IT projects in challenging circumstances. In 2012, Tobias graduated with a Bachelor (B.Sc) in Business Information Systems as part of Hewlett-Packard‘s HP DualStudy Program. Throughout his studies, he was supporting many departments within HP including the worldwide HQ of Supply Chain in Houston which sponsored his Bachelor Thesis. To expand his expertise and diversify his skill portfolio, Tobias became a subject matter expert for SAP in the advisory unit of HP Enterprise Application services. After his SAP TSCM certification he started as a Project Manager to help manufacturing clients enable fast standardization and optimization throughout supply chain and production processes. In 2016, he was promoted as external lead for Quality Assurance & Integration for B2B E-Commerce projects. During his tenure, his evolution to be forward thinking with goal set to provide an impactful future performance and stability of SAP Systems, helped to guide the transformation of the traditional business model towards Industry 4.0. After submitting his Master Thesis in 2019, Tobias left the advisory & consulting business field after 10 years with HP to join ALDI SÜD International IT. As a Cutover Manager he held a leading role to drive one of the most prestigious global IT transformations in the retail industry. With a best-in-class approach introducing state of the art S/4 HANA Retail for Merchandise Management (RMM) to generate a top notch customer experience, he joined ALDI’s Release Control Center department to achieve minimum business downtimes ensuring smooth technical go-lives of major Enterprise Releases. He managed multiple external vendors across the technical readiness stack and orchestrated all activities along the critical path of the cutover plan. In December 2021 Tobias decided to move away from retail to FMGC(food industry) and got hired to support Intersnack\'s digital transformation. He promotes the importance of Cutover Mngmnt across the IT Project Portfolio of INS-ITKG and delivers complex cutover plans engaging with all necessary external and internal resources for the success of P1.
