I am managing the IT Architecture & IT Services group at Harry-Brot, Germany\'s biggest bakery. My team complements the operations group and deals will all IT-related cross-cutting concerns of the organisation. We combine Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture in tandem with responsibility for actual delivery. Responsibilities also comprise all things IT Security including incident response, project delivery and data warehouse/business intelligence.Our specialities include: Continuous innovation, process improvement, all aspects of IT-Security, definition of best practices and support of the organisational strategic direction through definition and selection of the appropriate supporting technologies.The team consists of select skilled generalists and specialists forming the Harry-Brot IT think tank.I report to the CIO and I am part of Harry-Brot\'s ICT Steering Committee.
