I began my sales career because the satisfaction of working alongside orthopedic surgeons was an exciting and rewarding journey. Learning new skills and a new language amplified my passion to help and assist surgeons who directly impact the lives of patients. My extensive and diversified leadership experience in medical devices, ortho, spine, navigation, and robotics has matured while developing skills in planning and implementing strategic sales initiatives. Proven relationship builder with abilities to solidify accounts, and train and develop professional sales staff. Travel to Cali, Colombia bi-annually to volunteer with GlobalSpineOutreach and SpineHope in Managua, Nicaragua to support and help children with devasting and severe cases of scoliosis on behalf of Medtronic Spine, Casa Colombia (Cali Colombia), Fundacion Valle de Lili (Cali, Colombia) and Managua, Nicaragua.
