Narrative Consulting, Narrative Organizational Consulting: I combine Systemic with Narrative methods (Storytelling, Storylistening) to develop, change and future-proof organizations. The first step is to make the invisible visible in the organization with Storylistening. Because only if you know what the system needs, you will succeed in the 2nd step: Conception of the appropriate strategy, intervention or communication. 2) Narrative Coaching: Again, I mix classic Systemic methods with Narrative methods to lay the narrative foundation for Storytelling. Only what shines inward can also shine outward. Therefore, we first take a look in the biographical rearview mirror with methods from Narrative Therapy. In doing so, I am like the magnifying glass and magnify the value of experiences to make the experiential value visible. Only then can experiences be integrated into your story and become \"tellable\" to the outside world. The methods from narration research are like guard rails to lift these hidden treasures, make them visible and then tellable for you as a leader. 3) Storytelling and Visual Storytelling Meaning is made through narrative structures. This is how others can understand us. I help to put your content into a narrative structure, and then transfer it into a narrative space - a metaphor - to then develop and design the appropriate visualizations together with you to accompany the narrative.
