About Tobias Grechi
Finance Executive with 15 years experience in the service and industry sectors including auditing and automotive with roles of increasing responsibility. Over the past 10 years, I have held leadership positions at AGCO which is one of the world\'s largest agriculture equipment producers. In my first role at AGCO I was responsible for establishing and maintaining the accounting and taxes processes, controls, and local reporting requirements surrounding the AGCO segment’s operations in South America where I was overseeing the Accounting and Tax Areas leading a team of 25. Strong academic background including a degree in Accounting from UFRGS, and an MBA in Tax Laws from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Currently, I hold a position in the team AGCO\'s Corporate accounting team being responsible for accounting policies and some other other accounting areas such as lease accounting and stock compensation. Native Portuguese speaker with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
