With over 30 years of experience in the pharmacy field, I am the owner and pharmacy services specialist of Springfield Pharmacy, a local independent pharmacy that provides personalized and high-quality care to the community. At Springfield Pharmacy, I oversee the daily operations, manage the inventory and budget, supervise the staff, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. I also provide various pharmacy services, such as medication therapy management, immunizations, health screenings, and wellness education. Previously, I was the director of operations at The Apothecay Center, a large and innovative pharmacy center that offered a range of specialty services and products to diverse populations. There, I led the strategic planning, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction initiatives, as well as established and maintained partnerships with key stakeholders and vendors.
