Tobias is a father finishing his PhD in atmospheric sciences. He is the founder of Open Sustainable Technology, where he supports and explores the open source ecosystem in the areas of environmental protection, conservation, natural resources and climate technology. He loves to discuss how and why the open source movement has a key role to play in the fight against climate change and biodiversity loss. He has worked for over 12 years in various remote sensing applications and loves to innovate based on open source practices.
