    Designed, Planned, and implemented the rollout for Blackswan anomaly detection for Payments to detect fraud and abuse on Google Payments platform. Improve tools through data analysis, technical expertise, and presentations to key stakeholders. Conduct investigations, enforce product policies, and identify product vulnerabilities. Performed investigations on suspicious transactions, enabling good users and suspending fraudsters on various product launches. Perform complex data analyses to derive insights that help to identify and fight abuse across products. Routinely perform data analysis to identify and deny fraudsters access to Google Payments Ecosystem, while enabling good users. Enhance operational workflows via process improvements and identification of automation opportunities. Led and performed investigations and analyzes on our customer service data to validate accuracy of routing rules and provided actionable solutions to partners Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, and Legal to update product policies, and provide a better digital experience for our users.
