ABOUT TOBI ISOLA

Hi! I’m Tobi My first introduction to the built environment came when I was about nine years old, tagging along with my dad during visits to our family’s first home under construction in Nigeria. I still remember him unrolling the architectural drawings and explaining how those lines on paper would one day become walls, rooms, and a home. Watching those plans come to life on-site sparked a deep curiosity in me; one that grew into a lifelong passion for how ideas are built into reality.That curiosity led me to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Building Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Construction Management, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Over the years, I’ve contributed to diverse and technically demanding projects, including airport construction, runway maintenance, and high-rise residential developments. These experiences have strengthened my abilities in project coordination, cost and schedule management, quality control, and stakeholder communication.Currently, I’m expanding my expertise into construction estimating and pre-construction planning; developing skills in quantity takeoff, cost analysis, and estimation software. My goal is to leverage my field experience and project management background to deliver more accurate, data-driven cost insights that support smarter decision-making from the very start of each project.I’m passionate about continuous learning, building efficient systems, and contributing to projects that combine precision, collaboration, and impact.
