I\'m at my best when the problem is messy, important and not yet well defined. I\'m a Management Consultant at Arcadis, working in digital and operational transformation across regulated infrastructure - energy, water, rail and central government. Whether it\'s shaping digital investment across a £bn+ capital programme, designing the target operating model for a function that doesn\'t yet exist, helping major programmes navigate costs in uncertainty, or unpicking why a data migration keeps falling over, I enjoy turning complexity into something people can actually work with - and building the case that moves a decision forward.I care about the craft of consulting: framing the problem properly before solutionising, building analysis that stands up to scrutiny, and communicating findings so senior stakeholders can make decisions - not just fill a slide deck.Recent work spans regulatory business cases, operating-model design, cost-uncertainty modelling and large-scale data strategy - usually with regulators (Ofwat, Ofgem) and C-suite stakeholders in the room.Alongside client work, I help run training for early-career consultants at Arcadis and recently designed and led a GenAI hackathon whose outputs were adopted as standard practice across the team.Always happy to connect with people working on hard, interesting problems - in infrastructure, the public sector, or anywhere complexity needs untangling.
