Utilizes applications using Microsoft Office, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.• Controls supplies and stock by correctly forecasting quantity needed of parts, while optimizing the stock on hand.• Performs basic data processing and parameter administration in the Material Planning system.• Participates in TS-M projects, or projects led outside TS-M.• Acts as a contact to all suppliers and carriers, logistics association, and institutions.• Accomplishes other duties assigned by operations supervisor, such as aiding team leader by supporting workload.• Installs software on technological devices and troubleshoots applications.
