ABOUT AKASH TALWAR

For as long as I can remember, I have always tinkered with tech tools and products that have automated the very fabric of my life. My tryst with product development, as such, began with the craving to create products that work for me as a power user. To facilitate this, I began my journey as an engineer from a leading technology institute in India and slowly but surely laid my tech foundation as a business and product strategist thereafter. I worked with clients across the landscape - small, medium, and large enterprises - to shape their product vision by overcoming pertinent UI/UX challenges, managing product roadmaps, and backlogs while syncing robust strategic research, and customer experience stories to deliver products that have helped customers transform their lives. To continue developing my product acumen, I graduated from Schulich School of Business with a focus on product management. Through courses such as consumer behavior, customer experience design, and marketing research, I have upskilled myself with real-world techniques that have helped me gauge unmet needs of users and develop products that help customers achieve their desired objectives. This learning is further supplemented by my work as a product manager at growth startups in the United States and Canada.
