LED Lighting Inc. has been a leader in designing, engineering and manufacturing commercial LED lighting systems since 2004. Custom high-quality designs, thorough testing and strong warranties position our products as the leading standard in the OEM marketplace.The awesome team at LED Lighting Inc. custom-designs systems for manufacturers and point of purchase displays for POP, retail, hospitality, trade shows, booth manufacturers and retail display manufacturers. I founded LED Lighting Inc. in 2004 after owning and operating a lighting sales company for 20+ years. At the time, LEDs weren’t being commercialized for general illumination, and so we created early-adoption technology for this niche market.One of LED Lighting’s earlier successes was creating a custom lighting solution that illuminated McDonald’s menu boards. In addition to McDonald’s, our client roster includes AT & T, Marriott, Navy Pier, Nicor Gas, Dutch Boy and many others. Today, my role as Partner involves building a customer-centric team and evolving a synergistic culture that works in partnership to meet the needs of our OEM and national accounts.
ABOUT WILLIAM HOOD
I adapt and evolve with the lighting industry. My career began as a salesman in my family\'s retail chain of lighting stores. Later, I became a manufacturer’s representative and started my agency. The introduction of LEDs and the continuously advancing technology propelled me to start LED Lighting, Inc. in 2004. We were a pioneer in manufacturing linear LEDs to provide custom lighting for various OEMs.I was privileged to launch LLI Architectural Lighting partners with independent commercial representative agencies and architects, allowing them to create architecturally exciting designs with linear lighting and extrusions. We continue to be integral to architects\' and designers’ unique creations. Regarding innovative products, in 10 years, UVC devices will be as ubiquitous as fire detectors, and having access to safe UV protection will be the norm in most businesses and facilities.I’m also honored to allow every team member to excel at their careers and come to work every day loving what they do. We build long-term relationships and partnerships, producing the products we know our customers need. We constantly build a high-energy, high-service-level culture tailored to our customers\' needs. We continue to create strong relationships with new clients and those I began working with 40 years ago.
