Established and implemented an International Review Board to give sales teams and leadership an forum to discuss sales opportunity details and evaluate CB’s ability to deliver various telecommunications services in foreign countries- Amplified and refined existing workflows for various program functions / processes, including Pre-Sales, Supply Chain, Service Delivery, Reverse Logistics, Finance, Billing, and Tax- Presented cross-functional impact assessments and secured two separate “Go” decisions, from high-ranking organization and program leadership, for sales launch and delivery of international services in the UK and Mexico - Planned, orchestrated, and executed a Local Language support effort for the program - Oversaw the creation of cross-functional requirements, developed vendor selection criteria, conducted live demos showcasing vendor capabilities, facilitated an RFP / evaluation process in collaboration with CB Procurement, and partnered with the selected vendor to drive execution of the work- Directed the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end “proofs of concept” (POCs) in India and the UK- Assembled detailed and high-level matrices for all aspects of the program, to provide improved transparency and clarity of the program’s more complex aspects: current and in-flight service provider agreements, country-by-country sales readiness (across legal/regulatory, tax, supply chain, and finance), and service delivery pricing analysis, including 3rd party involvement- Collaborated with numerous 3rd party partners of CB, acting as liaison and facilitator for various program workstreams: network (both on-net and off-net) serviceability and delivery, equipment procurement, supply chain and logistics, global trade, and on-site field services- Managed the identification, evaluation, testing, business case review, and ultimate selection of a vendor to support an integrated international site address scrubbing solution.
