Tniesha L. Jones is a passionate and results-driven Senior HR Consultant at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center College of Medicine. With over 15 years of experience, she has built a career dedicated to mentorship, employee development, and creating inclusive workplace cultures where people thrive.As a co-leader of the Wexner Medical Center Group Mentoring Program for Employee Resource Groups, Tniesha is committed to empowering professionals through mentorship and career growth opportunities. She also serves as the Buckeye Experience Liaison for the College of Medicine, working alongside the Talent and Operational Performance teams to enhance team engagement and workplace culture. Additionally, as a member of the Belonging and Well-Being Council, she actively contributes to initiatives that foster inclusion, psychological safety, and a strong sense of community.Originally from Toledo, OH, Tniesha’s HR journey began as a Regional HR Manager, supporting a migrant Head Start program that provided early childhood education across 11 sites in Ohio. She then advanced to Director of Human Resources at the Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio, an organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities. In this role, she developed mentorship programs, retention strategies, and leadership development initiatives—establishing herself as a culture strategist and employee advocate. Today, she partners with clinical and health science departments, schools, and centers, providing strategic HR support that aligns with organizational success.A dedicated lifelong learner, Tniesha holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership. She was recently accepted into the PhD program in Workforce Development and Education at The Ohio State University, reinforcing her commitment to continuous learning and impactful leadership.Tniesha is known for her people-first mindset, strategic vision, and ability to drive meaningful change.
