I am passionate about building great teams and delivering great products within the Federal and Defense Industrial Base technology ecosystem. Deeply technical and deeply relational, I enjoy the challenge of bringing frontier innovation into the hands of those who are changing the world. As a trusted sales and product GTM leader, and technological advisor to government, government contractors, and think tanks, I help bridge the gap between policy and possibility. As a frequent keynote speaker, I enjoy telling the story of innovative government technologies and helping young women discover the unlimited possibilities in pursuing STEM careers.I currently serve as Vice President, Head of Federal, Aerospace, and Defense for Siemens. Previously I served as Director of Strategic Missions and Technologies in Microsoft’s “moonshot” organization where I oversaw product management and sales delivery for innovative civilian and defense AI technologies. I was also IBM’s Industry CTO for the Federal (DoD/DIB) space, where my primary role was leading technical pre-sales motions for teams helping agencies, departments, committees, and systems integrators acquire custom Data & AI solutions for government.Working with government, education, and research institutions to find the next big leap forward is the highlight of my career. Leading teams of sellers, engineers, marketing strategists, and lobbyists to position some of the world’s most innovative technologies is my passion and my dream job!As a leader of leaders, my career involves a long history of strategic planning with executives to develop effective market-capturing procedures by connecting a corporate vision to real world needs. In my down time, I am deeply involved in volunteering and pro-bono work.
