ABOUT TODD NADON

My recycling career started after retiring from professional boxing where I learned and developed a comprehensive understanding of the purchase, collection and preparation of metals, starting with Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals, moving into and specializing in Nickel Alloys and further into Au and Ag investing; familiar with almost all facets of preparation equipment needed and its functionality, managing site logistics ad working with operations and most importantly, client service. Recognizing the growing synergy between recycling and demolition, respectfully and strategically transitioned into decommissioning project management, always searching for and leading the charge to work on complex teardown and materials recovery projects across diverse sites in both Michigan and Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. These experiences sharpen my ability to visualize and estimate, manage risk, control costs, and coordinate cross-functional teams under demanding timelines—all while ensuring full regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered strong sales results in competitive and regulated markets. I founded and scaled a metals management company 19••••08 from inception to multi millions in annual revenue, maintaining a 100% client retention rate for over a decade. This success was driven by a strategic sales approach, relationship-focused client management, and a strong emphasis on compliance, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
