About Timothy Yeager
I’m the Chief Clinical Officer at Centria Healthcare, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autistic individuals. As a leader, my focus is building systems that empower teams and elevate care—fostering an environment where clinical excellence isn’t just expected, it’s inevitable. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), my work is rooted in compassion and progress. I believe in giving clients a voice and helping them thrive in the environments where they live, learn, work, and play.My journey here wasn’t linear.I grew up in a small agricultural town in California’s Central Valley. I was the first in my family to attend college. I dropped out. I came back. I quit my first job in behavior analysis after just 30 days—and returned years later as a Clinical Director.I never expected to be in a position where I could support thousands of clients and clinicians across the country. That’s what makes the work so meaningful. To me, leadership is about stepping into people’s stories—to listen, to serve, and to build systems that enable growth. At Centria, I oversee the entire client-staff experience—from intake through discharge. My work includes: • Establishing quality standards • Driving professional development • Aligning clinical outcomes with values-based care • Guiding data-informed clinical decision makingI’m passionate about leveraging behavioral science, performance systems, and large data sets to continuously improve care quality at scale. My background spans 14 years across social services, education, and healthcare.I’m also a father of four: Roslyn, Atticus, Ezra, and Hunter.Let’s connect if you’re passionate about meaningful care, strong systems, or big ideas in behavior analysis.
