I believe ends and the means you use are equally important My passions are Talent Acquisition and development, Employment, Skills, Education, MSME entrepreneurship and I enjoy writing and speaking about themI am actively involved in raising funds and in guiding two poor urban UDBHAV schools of around children in Hyderabad with the IIMA Alumni Association, Hyderabad Chapter and hope to expand to childrenI was nominated to the National Board of MSME since 2014 I have also authored India\'s first book on Job Counselling - An Experts Guide to Your Right First Job which was a best seller. My second book titled \" An Expert guide to 101 jobs for graduates and MBAs\", the only book of its kind, was published in 2016.My next ten years will be devoted to making law accessible to the poor.
